My study was impacted by COVID-19. How do I appeal my entitlement use?
If you were not able to successfully complete your study due to COVID-19 and you believe there are exceptional personal circumstances that justify writing off your Fees Free entitlement use, you may appeal your entitlement use for that study.
To do this, please enter your NSN on the Fees Free home page. Then follow the instructions to request a Fees Free Entitlement-Use Review.
You’ll need to provide an explanation and evidence to demonstrate the impact COVID-19 has had on your study or training, and we may reinstate part or all of your Fees Free entitlement.
