What happens if I give false information on my statutory declaration form?

It is an offence under the Education Act 1989 and Crimes Act 1961 to give any altered, false, incomplete or misleading information or to make a false statement or declaration.

If you submit a statutory declaration and we have reason to believe it is inaccurate, a member of the Monitoring and Crown Ownership team at the Tertiary Education Commission may be in contact with you in relation to this.
