Do I need to tell my tertiary education organisation (TEO) that I got a ‘Yes’ result when I checked my eligibility status?
No, you do not need to tell your TEO. We provide this information to TEOs for you. When you enrol, your TEO will report your fees to us, and we will make a payment direct to your TEO.
Some TEOs will ask you to confirm your method of payment when you first enrol. If you’re eligible for Fees Free, you can indicate that Fees Free will cover your fees.
If your status is ‘Yes’ but you have been sent an invoice by your TEO, don’t panic! There are some things you can check.
