What fees are not covered by Fees Free?

Fees Free does not cover fees that are optional or occasional, or charges that come from a learner’s specific circumstances. So, it does not cover:

• students’ association and club memberships
• course materials that are not included in compulsory course costs
• late fees
• fees related to recognition of prior learning
• examination relocation fees
• reassessing or remarking exam results
• fees associated with applying for selected-entry programmes.

Fees Free also does not cover accommodation fees.
